A submission has to be attributable, because credit for it is published on the entry. Two ways in, and they ask the same questions field for field.
Signing in fills the form here and credits you on the entry. The issue templates need no account beyond GitHub, and pull requests are always welcome. Accounts are Google only; there is no GitHub sign-in.
We ask Google only for your email and name. Your profile stays private until you publish it. What we store.

Prefer the GitHub route? The
issue
templates ask the same questions, and a pull request against
data/entries.json
is still the most direct way in. Both end at the same review.
