Off by default. When on, your profile shows your handle, role and accepted contributions. Your email is never shown, published or not.

Delete your account

Removes your account row: the Google identifier, your email, your handle and these settings. Immediately, with no retention window.

Contributions already merged keep their credit in data/entries.json, which is public, CC BY 4.0 and mirrored by anyone who cloned the repository. That record is the registry's audit trail and cannot be retracted. The full explanation.
