Corrections and downgrades
The fastest way to improve the registry is to tell us something on it is wrong.
Entries are never deleted. When a result is disputed or refuted, the entry stays and its verification grade moves down, with the objection recorded in its caveats and the change listed in its revision history. That is the whole point of keeping the record public, so a correction is not an embarrassment here: it is the mechanism working.
Send corrections through the contribution page, which routes them to the right form, or open an issue on GitHub. If you would rather not use either, email us. Naming the entry id and what specifically is wrong gets it fixed fastest.
Adding a finding

You can submit a finding, register an independent check, report a problem with an entry, or propose a change to the methodology. The contribution page has a form for each, and each has a matching GitHub issue template if you prefer to work in the open. Submissions become a pending record; a maintainer's approval is what opens the pull request that changes the data.
What we ask for is what makes an entry checkable: a source someone else can read, and enough detail to grade how the result was verified and how much the AI actually did. See the methodology for what each grade requires.
Security
Report anything sensitive privately first.
If you find a vulnerability in the site or its submission path, please do not open a public issue. Email misik6@gatech.edu and we will confirm receipt. The static registry has no accounts and no database behind it; sign-in and submissions do, and those are the parts worth looking at.
Who maintains this
An independent editorial project, not a lab and not a vendor.
The registry is maintained by a small group of editors who grade entries against a published methodology. Roles and how decisions are made are set out in the governance document in the repository, and everyone who has contributed an entry or a check is listed on the contributors page. The source, the data and the whole build are public on GitHub.
